Only damaged goods will be considered for return on wholesale orders. Returns are up to the discretion of the seller. Please review the items as soon as they arrive. Claims on defective items must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise and shipped for return within 30 days. Once authorised, claims will be refunded based on your payment method, not credit. No returns will be accepted without obtaining an RMA. Please contact us to obtain the number and return shipping address. Returns submitted without an RMA number will be returned to the shipper at shipper’s expense. RMA numbers (once provided) must be referenced on the outside of any return shipment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you placed an order for a wrong item or if you would like to exchange your order for a bigger size, different style, finish etc. Please contact us to create a return for your order and replace your order with the correct information.
